ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System in our factory In January 2004 Wytwórnia Armatury Ltd. was obligatory tested another time by external auditors from TUV - Rheinland Eurogua Kft with a positive result. This procedure is led once a year through 3 years interval of expiry of, approving that ISO 9001:2000 was applied in the firm. And that was done and confirmed.

Described in our Quality Book, management system of Wytwornia Armatury Ltd. and production of bathroom and kitchen faucets. Quality Book is a basic document describing quality management system and is dedicated for the staff, customers and certifying institutions.

 

The Book contains:

  • Scope of Quality Management System with all the details and explanations of all its restrictions and limits,
  • List of all the procedures established for the system
  • Description of all the correlations between processes existing inside the working quality system.

 

Our success depends on our customers and how they seem our products in comparison their needs and expectations or market competition.For keeping permanent clients and getting a profitable activity we have got a quality aim like that:

  • We're using the quality system satisfying all the requirements of EN ISO 9001:2000 norm,
  • we're engaging all the staff into the common afford in a way to continuous quality improvement, remembering necessity of satisfying internal and external customers as well,

Company Board is responsible for providing all the resources for realising established quality policy by consequent pursuit as to Wytwornia Armatury Ltd. always was a synonym of professionalism, liability and punctuality. Management of Wytwórnia is responsible for applying the quality policy which is in scope of its obligation. The point is always to act in a responsible, consequent way and according to the general quality strategy. It's obligatory for every worker in the firm to follow and realize the quality policy after finding it out. Everyone of us must follow all the requirements established in all the valid technical and technological documentation concerning job we do.
